DAR-21 Vector

Company name revives initials of former Darjavna Aeroplanna Rabotilnitza (State Aircraft Factory), which produced trainers and a prototype light attack aircraft in late 1930s/early 1940s.

Designed by Vesselin Valkanav. Prototype first flew 20 May 2000, initially powered by a 39kW Hirth 2704. No known production.

I lke the aircraft very much, and I like to built one.I have a good engine og 95 hp, 4 cylinder perfect the plane. question: were can I buy the construction Plan? I live in northen Canada and I fly J 3 cub, but I like to have a all metal plane. Please direct me to the people who sell the plans.
