No Bryan . It is Frati from prop to tail. Take a look at the rest of this site. Just because a donkey has 4 legs it doesn't make it a crocodile.

Originally built of plywood with an aluminium skin later models, the F15E and F15F, were constructed throughout in aluminium. All early models were built by Procaer, but later Frati established his own line at General Avia. In all there were some 50 manufactured the vast majority by Procaer.
