I know why its made of wood, its because the japanese needed a plane that could be quikly be prodused in large nombers.

The japanese simple funny plane.

damewanko, 11.03.2009

This airplane was made referring to Bu131 of Germany. The total length is about 5m.

Kokusai did the licensed production of Bu131. It is called Ki-86. Ta-Go is a simple production type of Ki-86.

Please compare Ta-Go with Bu131. You might understand Ta-Go is just like Bu131.

In WWI...
A plane like this may fit well for kamikaze attacks, but it´s simplicity must be dangerous.
A single MG shot can rip one wing.

THE WHO, 23.03.2008

COULD THIS PLANE CARRY ANY GUNS. IT COULD BE USED AS A SIMPLE FIGHTER.

Do you have any comments about this aircraft ?
