| Arne Husby, arhu(@)online.no, 07.02.2010 Another Norwegian built Hoenningstad, Polar C5. Light Ambulance and Passenger Aircraft. Constucted in the thirties, but the war stopped the project. Operated in northern Norway from 1948 until it was damaged in Bodoe Harbor in 1971. Polar was a high Quality Aircraft, and a Work Horse served the rough cost North of Norway. he engine is a P&W 450 HP. Crew 2. 2 Nurses and 2 stretchers or 5 passengers. his Aircraft is now displayed in Norwegian Air Museum.
