Production figures on this aircraft include 609 examples of all types of J.I and J.II aircraft. Deliveries by type included 240 AEG J.I aircraft, 349 AEG J.Ia and 20 AEG J.II.

This ground attack plane was an armored more powerful version of the CIV reconnaissance aircraft. Produced between 1917 and 1918 there were some 609 built for service with the Luftstreitkrafte.
Armament Up to 6 x 7.92 mm LMG 08/15 machine guns (standard fitting 2)
1 x 7.92 mm Parabellum MG14 in rear cockpit

Nicely done section on AEG aircraft. I hope you can expand the site to include a 3-view & photo for each machine. Also the photo on the G.IV was the best I have seen online.
