Is there a way to locate scale drawings of the CL 215? Better yet is there a 3D graphic that can be revolved on a computer screen?

I would like to know about the passenger carrying capabilities of this aircraft and where one can be physically seen. I would like to ferry people between New York city and the Hamptons.
