F.F.Tereschenko was a very wealthy sugar manufacturer with a keen interest in aviation, and with A.Piscoff developed a series of monoplanes. There were three in all, one powered by 60 h.p. Gnome and two by 80 h.p. Gnomes. tested under battle conditions they handled well enough but the view was not acceptable for a reconnaissance type.
