The aircraft does not rotate against the direction of rotor rotation because an autorotating rotor is in torque balance its axis of rotation, i.e all forces acting on the rotor system are resolved within the rotor system. Since torque is not supplied from a source within the fuselage, i.e. engine and shaft drive, there is no torque to react on the fuselage.
