Registered in London to build Aeronca light monoplanes developed by Aeronautical Corporation of America. Based at Peterborough in the mid-1980s, its output was small. Used Aeronca engines built in England as Aeronca JAP (J. A. Prestwich, also builder of motorcycle engines). Chairman was H. V. Roe, who with his brother A. V. Roe had founded A. V. Roe & Co Ltd. in 1913. Pending production of British model called Aeronca 100,16 American- built C-3 airframes assembled at Hanworth, London.
