This was a Letov built plane designed by Alois Smolik as an armed reconnaissance aircraft. This 2 seater was armed with one forward firing machine gun and had a twin movable machine gun in the rear. 28 were bult and a later development the Sh 1 had a more powerful 260 h.p. Maybach Mb IVA engine of which there was 64 built.
