The Franklin Aircraft Corporation of Franklin, Pennsylvania (1930-1933) built at least three models of aircraft: the Sport 65 (also known as the A), the Sport 70 (B), and the Sport 90, which is the aircraft pictured here. This Franklin company should not be confused with the Franklin Glider Corporation, Deward Franklin, or Franklin Manufacturing, all of which also made aircraft of various kinds.
