Founded by John A. Cook in 1968 atTorrance, California, to market JC-1 Challenger four-seat cabin monoplane. Two prototypes built (first flight May 1969). Third prototype flew November 1971, but crashed January 1972, killing Cook. Company continued, hoping for certification with a fourth (modified) aircraft, first flown 1972, but activities ceased in mid-1970s.
