In 1945 developed at Fort Worth, Texas, the Rocket 140 and 185 retractable-gear low-wing cabin monoplanes. Reorganized 1947 as Johnson Aircraft Corporation, developing from the Rocket the four-seat Bullet 125. This was built under license by Texas Aircraft Manufacturing Company, later being acquired by that company and renamed Texas Bullet. Back to the letter J
