Formed 1990 to develop a series of composite passenger aircraft, each featuring rhomboidal wings with the slightly swept lower wings joined to forward-swept upper wings via fins; engine with ducted pusher propeller. Fiveseat E-1 shown in mock-up form but development halted 1995-1996, when restarted with MiG "MAPO-M" assistance; 16-seat E-5 proposed.
