Junkers Ju 90

Forty-passenger commercial airliner powered by four 618kW BMW 132H engines. Eleven delivered to Luft-Hansa during 1938, most of which later passed to the Luftwaffe as troop transports.

The wing design in the 3-view drawing pictured only applied to the first four Ju-90 aircraft, which were all seriously underpowered aircraft. Ju-90V5 to Ju-90V7 had straight wings similar to the Ju-290, but less span. Ju-90V6 and Ju-90V9 were converted to become Ju-390 prototypes.
